At KOYO Flow, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched to ensure it reaches you safely and on time.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 72 working hours
  • Processing timelines may extend during peak periods such as Diwali, Onam, Holi, Eid, or other high-demand phases

2. Shipping Origins

All orders are dispatched from our facilities in:

Noida & Roorkee, India


3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on location:

North India (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh)

3–5 days

West & Central India (Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat)

5–7 days

South & East India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata)

7–10 days

Remote Locations (North East, Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar Islands)

Up to 14 days


4. Estimated Delivery Window

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 days, including processing time


5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners including:

Delhivery, Amazon, DTDC, and other trusted carriers

Courier partner selection may vary based on delivery location and serviceability.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
  • Real-time updates on delivery status

7. Partial COD & Payment on Delivery

Partial COD is available for most serviceable locations.

Customers may reserve their order by paying a small advance amount, with the remaining balance payable at delivery.

Certain locations may require prepaid checkout depending on courier serviceability.


8. Delivery Attempts & Non-Acceptance

Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard process.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and reachable on call during the delivery window.

Repeated delivery failures or non-acceptance of COD orders may affect future COD availability.


9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delivery delays or additional shipping charges.


10. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within committed timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High courier volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional restrictions
  • Remote location constraints

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed dates.


11. Non-Serviceable Locations

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders from locations where delivery is not feasible
  • Offer alternate solutions where possible

12. Damaged Deliveries

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please record an unboxing video
  • Report the issue within 48 hours with supporting visuals

This helps us resolve the issue quickly under our replacement policy.
