Yes — two sounds, in fact. The constant fall of water, and the wheel's own steady beat turning beneath it. Together, something neither makes alone.
The water level shapes both. Kept topped up, the wheel turns slowed and submerged — calmer movement, softer sound. Allowed to run low, it spins freely and faster — louder, with more splash.
A few drops at the edges are natural — Anahata is a living water system, not a sealed one.
The wheel is designed to sit partly submerged, which slows its turn and keeps splash to a minimum. A short top-up each morning keeps it that way. Most owners find this becomes a quiet thirty-second ritual rather than a chore.

Choose a surface that can take a few natural drops — a tray, a stone surface, a windowsill. Avoid placing directly on delicate wood or fabric without protection, and keep it away from direct airflow, which can disturb the wheel's rhythm.
No. Anahata is designed for a simple guided setup. Place the bamboo structure into the base, align the coconut shell beneath the spout, and adjust the flow until the wheel rotates smoothly.
Use clean, filtered, or RO water to maintain clarity and reduce residue buildup over time.
Refreshing the water every 10–14 days helps maintain smooth operation and clarity.
Orders are dispatched within 72 working hours and delivered within 5–8 days, depending on location.
Yes. COD is available with a 10% reservation amount collected upfront to secure your order and cover part of shipping.
The remaining balance is payable at delivery.

The pump and kinetic mechanism of your Anahata are covered for one full year from delivery.
If anything falters in normal use, your Anahata returns to our studio for a complete rehaul — inspected, restored, and rebalanced by the same hands that made it, then sent back to you. We cover the work; shipping applies.
The natural ageing of bamboo and wood — shifts in tone, the patina of daily water — is not a fault. It is the material living, and it is why these objects feel the way they do.
Physical damage after delivery and residue from unfiltered hard water fall outside support — one more reason we recommend RO or filtered water from day one.
From your second year as a KOYO owner, we extend up to 20% toward your next object.
This isn't about replacing what you have — a well-kept KOYO is built to live with you for years. It's for the homes that grow: a second room, a different state, the next object on your flow map.
