Light surface droplets are a natural part of open cascading water. Akasha is designed with a contained base vessel that catches and recirculates all flow.
We recommend placing Akasha on a level surface and allowing a brief settling period after setup to fine-tune the flow rate.
Yes. Both the water pump and the warm LED are designed for extended daily use. Many owners keep Akasha running through the evening and turn it off before sleep.
Akasha arrives largely assembled. Setup involves placing the structure, connecting the pump and LED, and filling the base vessel with water. Most users complete setup within 15–20 minutes.
No. Routine maintenance is minimal — refresh the water every 10–14 days and wipe the bamboo surface occasionally. The bamboo will naturally deepen in tone over time, which is part of the material's character.
Use clean, filtered, or RO water to maintain clarity and reduce residue buildup in the pump and vessel over time.
Akasha runs on two components — a low-wattage water pump that drives the cascade, and a concealed warm LED that illuminates the bamboo from within. Both plug into a standard wall socket.
No. Both the pump and LED are low-wattage components designed for continuous operation without significant power draw. Running Akasha daily adds a negligible amount to a typical electricity bill.
Orders are dispatched within 72 working hours and delivered within 5–8 days, depending on location. Akasha is a large-format piece — packaging is reinforced to ensure it arrives safely.
Yes. COD is available with a 10% reservation amount collected upfront to secure your order. The remaining balance is payable at delivery.

The pump and warm LED system of your Akasha are covered for one full year from delivery.
And Akasha never leaves your space — our care comes to you. If anything falters in normal use, the studio arranges service at your home. The object only travels in case of transit damage.
The natural ageing of bamboo and wood — shifts in tone, the patina of daily water — is not a fault. It is the material living, and it is why these objects feel the way they do. An occasional wipe and polish keeps Akasha at its best.
Physical damage after delivery and residue from unfiltered hard water fall outside support — one more reason we recommend RO or filtered water from day one.
