Vana arrives as bamboo, water, and a vessel. What it becomes is entirely yours — living greens, dried organics, or something we haven't seen yet.

Greens & StylingNo. Greens and styling elements shown in visuals are for reference and inspiration only.
Humidity-tolerant greens work well — money plant, pothos, and lucky bamboo are good starting points. For lower-maintenance styling, dried pampas, preserved grasses, or artificial greens are recommended.
Vana includes four integrated styling holders: two cylindrical bamboo planters and two removable inner cups.
No drainage holes are provided in the planters.
Yes. Many owners alternate between live greens, dried botanicals, and minimal sculptural arrangements depending on the season and mood.
Yes. Dried pampas, preserved grasses, artificial succulents, or sculptural botanicals all work well depending on your preferred atmosphere and maintenance style.
Vana produces a gentle continuous water rhythm — a soft ambient presence designed to blend into the room rather than fill it.
Clean, filtered, or RO water. This maintains clarity and reduces residue buildup over time. Change water every 10–14 days for smooth operation and clarity.

Yes. A 10% reservation amount is collected upfront; the balance is payable at delivery.
We offer a 7-day repair or replacement process for any transit damage or manufacturing issue. Repair and restoration is always attempted first; a replacement is provided if the issue cannot be resolved.

The pump and every working component of your Vana are covered for one full year from delivery.
If anything falters in normal use, your Vana returns to our studio for a complete rehaul — inspected, restored, and rebalanced by the same hands that made it, then sent back to you. We cover the work; shipping applies.
The natural ageing of bamboo and wood — shifts in tone, the patina of daily water — is not a fault. It is the material living, and it is why these objects feel the way they do.
Physical damage after delivery and residue from unfiltered hard water fall outside support — one more reason we recommend RO or filtered water from day one.
From your second year as a KOYO owner, we extend up to 20% toward your next object.
This isn't about replacing what you have — a well-kept KOYO is built to live with you for years. It's for the homes that grow: a second room, a different state, the next object on your flow map.
Renewal value is capped at 20% of your original purchase or 20% of the new object, whichever is lower. One renewal per object owned.
