If anything falters in normal use, your Soma returns to our studio for a complete rehaul — inspected, restored, and rebalanced by the same hands that made it, then sent back to you. We cover the work; shipping applies.

Physical damage after delivery and residue from unfiltered hard water fall outside support — one more reason we recommend RO or filtered water from day one.
